Facebook Data Protection Declaration

Explanation on the subject of data protection in social media websites

On our website, we provide links to our social media networks.

To assure the protection of your personal data we do not use social buttons or social widgets provided by social media networks for this purpose and only use static HTML links. This type of linking ensures that connections to these external service providers are not established simply by accessing our web pages.

Only by clicking on one of the social media links, a new browser window opens and the corresponding website is accessed and loaded.

Privacy policy of Facebook

Mobizcorp uses the technical platform and services of Facebook Ireland Ltd, 4 Grand Canal Square Grand Canal Harbour, Dublin 2, Ireland for the purpose of the information service offered by Facebook.

We would like to inform all users that they are responsible for using their Facebook page and its functions. This applies in particular to the use of the interactive functions (e.g. commenting, sharing, reviewing). Alternatively, you can also access the information provided on this page on our website at www.mobizcorp.de.

When you visit our Facebook page, Facebook collects, among other things, your IP address and other information that is available on your PC in the form of cookies. This information is used to provide us, as operators of Facebook pages, with statistical information about the use of the Facebook page.

The data collected about you in this context is processed by Facebook Ltd. and may be transferred to countries outside the European Union. Facebook describes in general terms which information is received by Facebook and how it is used in its data utilization policy. There you will also find information on how to contact Facebook and the options for setting up advertisements. The Data Usage Guidelines are available at the following links:

The complete Facebook privacy policy can be found here:

In which ways Facebook uses the data from visiting Facebook pages for its own purposes, to what extent activities on the Facebook page are assigned to individual users, how long Facebook stores this data and whether data from a visit to the Facebook page is passed on to third parties, is not definitively and clearly stated by Facebook and is therefore not known to us. When you access a Facebook page, the IP address assigned to the end user is transmitted to Facebook. According to Facebook, this IP address is anonymized (for “German” IP addresses) and is deleted after 90 days. Facebook also stores information about its users’ devices (e.g. as part of the “registration notification” function); Facebook may therefore be able to assign IP addresses to individual users.

If you are currently logged in to Facebook as a user, you will find a cookie with your Facebook ID on your device. This enables Facebook to track whether you have visited this page or in what way you have used it. This also applies to all other Facebook pages. Facebook buttons integrated into web pages enable Facebook to track your visits to these web pages and to assign them to your Facebook profile. This information can be used to customize any content or advertising to you.

If you would like to avoid this, you are advised to log out of Facebook or to deactivate “Stay logged in” function, to delete the cookies available on your device and to close and restart your browser. This deletes Facebook information that immediately identifies you. This allows you to use our Facebook page without revealing your Facebook identifier. When you access the interactive features of the page (like, comment, share, message, etc.), a Facebook login screen appears. Once you have logged in, Facebook will recognize you again as a specific user.

As the provider of the information service, we do not collect or process any other data from the use of our service.
