You are an e-commerce professional and you know how to make your customers’ shops even more successful?

You recognize potential for optimization and you understand how to pick up your clients wherever they are.

You will be responsible for managing and supporting our existing customers as part of our solution support based on the Salesforce Commerce Cloud. Thereby you are the interface between the customer and our project team. The long-term success of the clients in e-commerce is your goal and your motivation – every day!

The following tasks, in particular, await you:

  • As part of the solution support, the technical management of internal project staff, the continuous exchange with the customer as well as the management and coordination of external partners
  • You are independently responsible for a customer, recognize interrelationships & optimization potentials and help to always find the optimal solutions for the customer’s needs
  • Responsibility for internal processes and close cooperation with the specialist departments
  • The preparation of customized offers of cross-selling and up-selling measures


You have a degree in computer science or a comparable qualification, a basic understanding of business administration and already have professional experience in the IT environment. You speak English very well, enjoy managing your own team and always work independently and purposefully. You are also interested in developing and implementing innovative solutions to complex problems and are happy to pass on your knowledge to your colleagues.

You also have the following skills:

  • Very good communication skills and quick apprehension
  • Experience in independent account- /customer care
  • Project experience with clients over a period of several months
  • Structured working method and hands-on mentality
  • Organisational skills and results driven
  • Enthusiasm for the digital work environment and a very good technical understanding
  • General willingness to travel
  • Very good MS-Office skills
