DEUTSCHLAND TEST has tested and evaluated more than 1.000 online-shops in Germany. The goal was to identify the winners for each category of the top-selling online-stores. Together with the analysts of ServiceValue in Cologne thousands of customers have been asked for their vote in a survey. The study did not only focus on the online pure-players but also included the many emerging stationary brands and retailers that are selling online too. Now the results of the study have been published and the online-stores with the highest customer satisfaction were awarded as “Best Online-Shop” in Germany.
