Within only a few weeks Mobizcorp realized the conception and implementation of the new tamaris online-store based on the Salesforce Commerce Cloud. The new online-store is rolled out to more than 20 countries in many languages.
The Tamaris brand is part of the Wortmann Fashion Retail Group and represents quality coupled with design, zeitgeist and emotionality since more than 50 years. Its unique positioning in the market means that every second woman in Germany owns at least one pair of Tamaris shoes. With brand awareness at over 70%, Europe’s best-known shoe label has become the flagship of the sector.
After the successful launch of tamaris the online-store of an additional brand is already in implementation.
Unique brand-awareness across 20 countries in Europe
Based on the Salesforce Commerce Cloud the new tamaris online-store now offers a modern responsive design to enable customers to use the many services and products equally on desktop, mobile or tablet. Omnichannel features such as availability check and “endless aisle” are available from the start, additional elements and features will follow soon to expand the closed integration of the offline and online world of tamaris. Besides cross-channel interactions customers are offered a magazine, fascinating contents, ready-to-wear looks and outfits for inspiration and social media integration for sharing with friends.
Despite the complex requirements and the tight timeline the project was fast and successfully realized. The experience and expertise of Mobizcorp convinced us.
