Friedhelm Scharhag
Founder & Managing Director
After studying business administration and law, Friedhelm Scharhag worked for many years as managing director in marketing technology licensing models, e-commerce, e-CRM, and e-business consulting and software development.
Under his direction as chairman of the board and founder of Softlution AG, an international software company specializing in e-CRM and e-business solutions with 160 employees and branches and subsidiaries in Germany, the US, England, India, and Russia, highly complex software solutions were developed for CRM (Customer Relationship Management), based on the Enfinity technology of Intershop Communications AG.
He used the experience he gained and excellent business contacts made during this time and on his international business trips to develop wide-ranging ideas and concepts which he promotes in the sectors “software as service” and “on-demand e-commerce” with mobizcorp Europe, the business he founded.
Roland Fassauer
Director Technology & Consulting
After studying applied informatics at the Technical University of Leipzig, Roland Fassauer became a co-founder of Intershop Communications in 1996.
He occupied various positions at Intershop until 2005: Chief Engineer Europe - technical supervision of Intershop Consulting (Jena), Director Technology – product strategy und partnerships (Hamburg/USA), and finally as Manager Content Management Competence Center (Berlin).
Since 2004 he has been managing director of the Leipzig Institute for Industrial Software Technology. As co-founder and director of technology and consulting of mobizcorp Europe Ltd., Roland Fassauer today heads the sectors technology, consulting, services, and outsourcing.
Ferdinand Solzbacher
Director Business Development
After studying mathematics, physics, IT and economics in Bonn, Ferdinand Solzbacher’s path led him, after future-oriented research conducted at the institute for industrial and traffic policy at the University of Bonn, to software development in engineering and on to extremely successful business activity. He is one of the co-founders of the SOBA group and SOBA AG (where he served as managing partner and member of the supervisory board) and managing director of SCO Consult GmbH.
His vision for the future, international outlook, and willingness to take risks were the basis of his success. This background paved the way for his move to the Internet era. As co-founder of Softlution AG, he was responsible for product strategies, financing concepts, and personnel development. Since February of 2006, Mr. Solzbacher has been a new partner of the Mobizcorp Europe Ltd. group, involved in strategic planning and the further European expansion of the business. He is responsible for the divisions of investor relations, business development, and international strategic partnerships.
